This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how to contact us about it, as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are
SafConnect is software made by Safgri Group, Kimberley, Northern Cape (the "responsible party" under POPIA).
What we collect
When you fill in the demo form we collect your name, company, cell or WhatsApp number, email address (if you give it), number of trucks and your message. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about SafConnect — to answer your questions and arrange a demo. We don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we only send you messages about SafConnect.
Where it's kept
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, which processes them on our behalf. Only the SafConnect team can see them. We keep them only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. If you're not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
